Case Studies: The fiasco of Australia's Child Support Agency, The Australian, 24 March, 2000.

With the Chief Justice of Australia's Family Court, Alastair Nicholson,  repeatedly complaining to the paper about my work they became increasingly reluctant to publish anything on the family law or child support systems, certainly from me. This was despite these institution's evident dysfunction.
History has proven my critiques entirely correct.
Only some of these case studies were actually published.
Unusually, the paper demanded to sight all supporting documentation. There are many many more cases such as these.
The refusal of the Australian Child Support Agency to answer any questions at inquests, citing privacy laws, was outrageous.
