Lissadell Station: 117,250ha with an additional 47,000ha of Waters and Rivers Commission lease fronting Lake Argyle and including 18,000 cattle.
Springvale, Alice Downs and the southern portion of Mabel Downs stations: 383,980ha in total with 22,000 cattle. Springvale is themain breeder operation, with progeny transferred to Lissadell for growing out for live export.
A rural property specialist with Elders, Malcolm French, said the offering of Balmoral Stations was "one of the largest land and cattle offerings ever in the history of the West Australian pastoral industry".
